Me and my son absoloutely loved this. It was such a fun experience. Our chef Paris was lovely. We had to reschedule our class due to the oven breaking. Luckily they fixed it and we did a 4pm class instead of the original 11am class. We started off by making the tiramasu. Then we went on to make the dough for the pizza except we didnt get to use the dough as it needs to rest for 24hrs. We was then bought some pre made dough that the chefs had already done before hand. We was shown how to.stretch it out and how to pick it up and place it in our pan. We then got to put the toppings on what we would like to choose. After we washed our hands and was shown into a dining area set up for me and my child. We got water on the table and I was offered some pinot grigio and my son was offered a coke or sprite or fanta. Our pizza was bought out and my son managed to burn his finger on the hot tray. The staff was very accommodating and bought him some ice over quickly and placed his pizza on a plate for him instead. Once we finished our pizza then our tiramasu came out. It was delicious and we was then bought a shot of limencello and a shot of apple juice for my son. The drinks were a lovely welcome touch as wasnt aware they was included as I just thought it was water. My son said he would do it again if he came to rome again and was 1 of the highlights of the trip. I would have to agree it was super fun and id also come back and do one again. Maybe next time a pasta making class instead. Lisa and Tyler (u.k)
