The process was extremely seamless. From the train stop being directly to universal city to the ease of check in with the barcode from the ticket. No issues at all. Universal world was breathtaking, all of the workers were super friendly, the place was very clean and getting around was easy with all the signs available. Lines were a bit long so I'll recommend a fast pass to make sure you get on the rides. Overall an amazing experience, coming all the way from Trinidad and Tobago.

I bought the tickets online—the whole process was very simple and easy to understand. Seven of us went to Universal Studios; it was really crowded even though it was a Wednesday, with lots of tourists, but even so, the maximum wait time was 50 minutes—though we didn’t wait that long. The lines moved quickly, the park is wonderful and rich in detail, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I hope to return soon.

After the end of my five year relationship earlier this year Universal Studios Japan was more than a theme park, it was my first trip to Japan, my birthday, and a reunion with my nephew after 10 years. We laughed, made new memories, and felt like kids again with my nephew. For a little while, Universal helped us forget everything and simply enjoy the moment and living the life.

Went solo and had such a fantastic time, didn't realize Universal also had single lines, for people alone, cut down on my wait time a lot. As far for as "Headout" goes, no issues, cheapest price i could find. All around no complaints.

It was truly a great experience! Dreams come true! All of the areas and themes were a good surprise. You could really feel that you are in a certain movie or cartoon/game. Staff super friendly. We've felt most welcomed there.

the setting at Harry Potter brought me back to medieval time and the ride inside the castle was very exciting. I flew over the forest following Harry Potter to encounter Dragon and Monsters. However I missed the shows at Waterworld. Hence visitors need to plan the route beforehand.

Universal Studios Japan was such a fun experience and definitely a highlight of our Japan trip! There was so much to see and do, from Super Nintendo World to the different themed areas, rides, and food. Super Nintendo World was especially amazing and felt like stepping right into the games. The park was busy, but everything was well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day. We didn’t purchase an Express Pass, so we had to be strategic about which attractions we visited and when, but we still had an amazing time. There’s a lot of walking, so definitely wear comfortable shoes! If you’re a fan of Nintendo, Harry Potter, or theme parks in general, USJ is absolutely worth adding to your Japan itinerary. We would like to visit again !

Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

Carry cases and other large luggage are prohibited inside the park. Large/extra-large lockers are only available outside the park at an additional cost.

Blades, explosives, other weapons, and helmets, glass bottles and cans, food, and beverages, drones, and remote control vehicles are not allowed.

Shutterbugs, take note: Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are a no-go inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Keep in mind selfie sticks, tripods, food and alcoholic beverages, large luggage, dangerous items, open drinks, and any other items deemed unsafe by the staff are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

The exhibition may be (temporarily) canceled in case of inclement weather warnings such as severe wind, rain, and thunderstorms.
