If I had to choose one word to describe my experience at teamLab Planets Tokyo, it would be wonder. ✨ From the moment I stepped inside, I felt transported into another world. The lights, colors, sounds and immersive installations create something truly magical and unforgettable. Every room feels like a new discovery, and it’s an experience you really have to live to understand. And the spicy ramen was absolutely incredible! 🍜🔥 A perfect combination of beauty, wonder and delicious food — definitely one of the highlights of my time in Tokyo! 💫

This is our third Teamlab experience. Started with Borderless, followed by the Botanical Garden and now Planets. I was worried it would be similar to Borderless but I was wrong! Totally different experience with more immersion and interaction. The only similarities are the smooth entry, the clear directions and organized instructions from the staff. Considering of coming back, maybe at an earlier time in the day.

Every part of the experience activated my senses in a way I hadn't felt before. The standout moment was lying down beneath the projected flowers and plants, watching the animations bloom overhead while the ambient soundscape played, it stirred a mix of emotions I'd never quite experienced together like that. TeamLab Planets was easily one of the most memorable parts of the whole trip.

It was a unique experience. I had never had such an immersive experience inside a museum. You are guided from one room to another, and each room is different in terms of colors, sounds, and interaction. I had a great time overall and really enjoyed the experience. One aspect that did make me a little concerned was having to remove our shoes for the water exhibit. With so many visitors walking barefoot in the same area, I wondered about the hygiene and health considerations. It would be reassuring to know more about the sanitary measures and cleaning procedures in place to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Thank you!

Up to two infants [children between 1 and 6 years old who have not yet entered elementary school] may ride free of charge if they are accompanied by a paying passenger who has a boarding pass.

You will be advised to remove your footwear during this experience.

Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.
