From the instant we stepped inside, it felt like we’d entered another world — one made of light, color, and endless imagination. We wandered through glowing rooms where art moved around us, changed with our touch, and invited us to explore together. Watching her eyes light up as the walls bloomed, the floors shimmered, and the space transformed around us was pure magic. What made it even more special was experiencing it side by side — holding hands, laughing, getting lost (in the best way), and sharing that sense of wonder that reminds you to see the world through a child’s eyes again. Tokyo gave us so many incredible memories, but this one stands out as a beautiful reminder that the best experiences aren’t just about where you go — they’re about who you share them with.

My honest review: teamLab Tokyo was an experience I truly waited for—and it exceeded every expectation. After missing out last year, I booked my tickets early this time, knowing this was not something to miss. As a visitor from Indonesia, I was amazed by how art, technology, and human interaction come together so seamlessly. The Forest area became my favorite, where our colored drawings came to life and interacted with the space—turning imagination into something real. Super fun tour! Some of the rooms are really crazy, like the orchids, the aquarium, and the place where you fly your drawing. As for the rest, we weren't expecting several different rooms. We thought it would stay in continuity, but in the end it didn't: you had to go out each time to change universes (that's what makes it different from bordeless). But we recommend ++ for a day when the weather's not up to it ☺️

We went from being unsure if we were going to boat to spending four hours exploring the different artworks and being awestruck at every room we went into! It was nothing like the art galleries we have been to in other countries, and and would highly recommend the visit. Consider it like a playground meets immersive art gallery tha you'll regret not adding to your itinerary.

Unbelievable experience. The kids honestly could have stayed there all day! Easy entry, very little wait time for entry. Lockers made getting around more manageable. Experiences were suitable for all ages and were so immersive for the senses. Highly recommend!

We took the 7 AM train to Narita. Train was not very crowded. The ride was smooth, fast and right on time. The train was clean and fast. The perfect ride - nothing to complain. Next time we fly to Narita we will use the Skyliner again.

The garden with orchids is amazing and really special. Catching animals is creating a competition for the kids, that increase the pleasure.

Infants [children 0 years old] are free of charge.

Up to two infants [children between 1 and 6 years old who have not yet entered elementary school] may ride free of charge if they are accompanied by a paying passenger who has a boarding pass.

Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.
