I have always been impressed with Casey and of course any Japanese strain network. It was efficient. Everyone is courteous it's clean and I always love writing on the case lines the skyline was wonderful. No one keeps things as efficient as to does exceptionally professional, and with everything everything that you spend right. When I did my online reservation, I had a problem and called and the person I texted her was Suja I believe very very helpful and very kind polite, thoughtful, and considerate thank you

TeamLab was genuinely impressive: far more thoughtful and immersive than I expected. The way each space shifts and responds to you makes it feel less like an exhibition and more like you’re moving through a series of living environments. The kids loved it, but it didn’t feel overly geared towards them; it held all of our attention. It’s calm, visually beautiful, and just really well done without trying too hard. Definitely worth doing while you’re in Tokyo.

I saw many people's photos online (Instagram) that went to Japan and visited Team Labs. As there are more then one Team Labs I needed to decide in which one we will go and decided on this one because of the water part of the visit as it is just something special. Also loved light and mirror part which reminded us on the movie Interstellar and enjoyed flower garden really much - even do some people need to be fined as they did not care for the flowers and instructions given to avoid collision with the flowers...Overall beautiful experience, would recommend! :)

I thought the experience was really fun and unique. My 20-year-old son and I had a great time. The only downside is that there are three sections, and we weren’t able to do the third one (the garden) because we were told it was closed without any further explanation (it was 8:30 p.m., even though it closes at 10 p.m.). We paid quite a bit to only do two-thirds of the course. They should let you know how much time you’ll need to spend in each section if you want to do the whole thing. Unfortunately, I felt ripped off because we didn’t get to do everything.

Our visit to TeamLabs Planet in Tokyo was wonderful, except for the inconsiderate people my partner and I encountered throughout most of the facility. They didn’t respect the moments when silence (or speaking in a low voice) was required, shouting and causing a disturbance and thus ruining the experience of a place that markets itself as a sensory museum and where you need to engage all five senses in each installation to enjoy them to the fullest. Worst of all, those disrespectful people were adults—not unruly or uncontrollable children, no. Adults who can read and who should perfectly understand how to enjoy an experience like this. But anyway, aside from those people, the museum is very enjoyable, very beautiful, and a highly recommended experience.
