The water immersion was more than I expected and it was totally surprised . There is so many numerous things that stood out and made it special for me. I don't even know where to start. For example, the crystals and standing on the mirror floor was just mesmerizing., walking through the water and listening to the sounds of it was very calming. Another feature was the orchids. I could stand in there all day and just watch them slowly going up and down . The children's artwork was presented on the wall in an animation. Overall, very, very family friendly and highly recommend anybody who visits Tokyo to go and see for themselves. .

Easy communication and process th purchase tickets. TeamLabs Planets was an amazing experience for my 2 children and me. We booked the 6:30pm slot. The line was long but moved quickly. I highly recommend starting on the water side if you have been out all day. It was so soothing and like a foot massage. Then we moved to athletic portion for all the activities which the kids loved and ended in the gardens. The hanging garden is a beautiful way to end. It's so amazing. I highly recommend this experience for everyone. Totally worth it.

We were warmly welcomed and easily directed as soon as we arrived on site. Everything was clearly explained; the venue, despite being very busy with lots of tourists, is impeccably clean, and the staff is very attentive to visitors. We spent 2 hours in an extraordinary universe, trying out all the rooms and leaving with our heads full of wonderful memories.

As a fan of J.K. Rowling's ourve and the accurcy of the movies to the original books, the tour was an awesome exprience enjoyed by my wife (who hasn't a clue despite having slept through all 7 movies!) and my 8 year old son. It was so in-depth and detailed about all aspects of making the movies yet still appealed to those who have no interst in the 'back end' whatsoever.

Arrived earlier to have lunch o. Restaurant as advertised. We were told No entry by staff. Only seating available outside were two bench seats for total of 8 persons. Everyone else required to stand outside, in our case it was raining, or in sun perhaps for others. Designers made no provision for elderly or those with children. The activities were immersive and excellent. Highly recommend for families and young teens. Staff inside venue friendly and smiling.

I wanted to make sure that my group visiting Japan would love to see something different and the Team Lab Planets was my choice of a creative, immersive in digital design included storytelling ,animation, music, colour and sensory experiences. Up to two infants [children between 1 and 6 years old who have not yet entered elementary school] may ride free of charge if they are accompanied by a paying passenger who has a boarding pass.
