The unique artwork of a talented man was an awe inspiring experience. The history and facts added to the appreciation of the finished products. The negative was a gate worker who was perhaps having a bad day when asked where I was to go for my guided tour, which I found out later, was not booked through the park but a sub agent. The agent wasn't totally clarified and made my initial experience a negative one.

I have joined the English tour with our excellent tour guide Steven on Saturday so the school in the park was closed and luckily there wasn't any school kids crowd. Also thanks to the tour, I didn't have to wait for the entrance line. Steven explained historical, architectural and natural backgrounds of every detail of the park. I recommend everyone to take the tour with a guide.

Got there 10 minutes late and the group was gone. This was due to congestion on the buses even though we left the hotel an hour early. Better leave 1.5 hours early. Headout said they couldn't accommodate us but there was another group following and they graciously agreed to include us. Anna was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the tour itself.

We booked entrance to the park with a guided tour through headout. We had an email to confirm our 11am booking the night before so we turned up at the venue for 11am only to stand there waiting as nobody turned up. I phoned the tour company and apparently the tour had been moved to 10am and we should have had an email to give us the option to change our tour time, however we did not receive this email and there were no more tours for the rest of the day that we could join. It should also be noted that you cannot get into the park with the ticket alone even without the guide and the people at the entrance gates are rude and unhelpful. We wasted a lot of time that morning trying to understand what we had to do, we ended up buying official park entrance tickets at the entrance without a tour. I would have given one star however, to credit Headout, their customer service was extremely quick to reply, apologise and issue a refund. I would not recommend the park in general without a tour guide (cannot say whether it is worth it with the tour guide!) but the entry seemed expensive for what it actually is.

Stephen, our guide, was very informative and had an easy-going manner. He told us a lot of things I never would have known. His sense of timing and pacing was very good, and I never felt that we were rushed through any of the different areas.
