We skipped the line at the entrance thanks to the reservation we made in advance through Headout. The cathedral is a true gem of Tuscan medieval Gothic architecture, built in 1179 and filled with intricate details and works of art—some of which were created years later by Michelangelo himself, as you’ll discover while touring the interior with the audio guide (which is very useful and easy to use). The library is another unexpected surprise to find inside a Gothic cathedral. It’s truly a wonderful visit to this gem of medieval architecture. It’s worth spending 90 minutes exploring it and admiring its contents. One of the few cathedrals where even the floor is adorned with impressive artistic scenes. Art is everywhere. A must-see if you’re in Siena.

Booking my San Gimignano Pass through Headout was such a smooth and convenient experience. The process was quick, secure, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Having one pass for the San Gimignano Duomo, the Museum of Sacred Art, and the Civic Museums made exploring San Gimignano incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommend booking in advance—saved time, skipped queues, and let us fully enjoy the history and beauty of this amazing town!

Quick ticket delivery (via email) But I expected to receive the tickets directly through that channel, and it turned out I had to pick them up at a tourist office. And what I didn’t like was that the email said I’d have a QR code for the audio guide on the back of the ticket, but there wasn’t one! So there was no audio guide!! Such a shame

The Siena Cathedral & Piccolomini Library w audio guide was an informative and efficient way to experience these grand, historic sites. The grandeur and artistry of cathedral and library were truly awe-inspiring; the tickets also included the crypt, baptistry and museum which added significantly to the experience.

We didn't have to wait in line; we just showed up, presented the code, and were given a multi-entry ticket. The whole process was very easy and convenient—we'll definitely do this again for other trips. For sure!

The order process was simple and the instructions to collect the tickets clear. The Cathedral itself is quite beautiful and well worth visiting, even if just for the architecture.

It's convenient to book tickets online, but it doesn't give you skip-the-line access (like at the Opera Museum in Siena, where there was an endless line and we couldn't visit)—which, in my opinion, should be a perk for those who pay online. It's best to download the audio guide before entering the sites, because otherwise it doesn't work. Anyway, it was a wonderful experience.

Picking up the tickets was very easy, and the tour was enjoyable as well. It’s a shame we didn’t receive the audio guides.
