The ticket was consistent with the services sold. Immediately accessible in the app and recognized by the Duomo security staff. It might be worth specifying in an additional package or beforehand that there is also an archaeological crypt and another underground room that was only accessible for an additional fee. A little disappointed when the ticket already includes the Duomo church and full access to the roof. We will come back and use the service and app again :)

There was an issue with accessing the tickets on the app, which I didn't check until 30 min before the check-in time, and Headout was quick and responsive, resolved it quickly. I find the measure of a company isn't when everything goes right, it's how they manage issues when things go wrong, and Headout was excellent in this regard.

Pre booking tickets was great. We had no trouble entering the site. Visiting the Duomo is a must. So much history & the architecture is simply stunning. We bought tickets with the lift pass to the terrace. Breathtaking views from above. A must do experience! Again, we marvelled at the architecture. We'll worth a visit.

We paid for full-day entry (8.30am-11pm) and it was great! We were able to take full advantage of the entire spa without being pressed for time. It's well worth the detour at the end of your stay to relax. We also ate on site at lunchtime, with an all-you-can-eat buffet for €34 per person, and with the day pass you're offered an aperitif from 4.30pm. Bathrobe, towel and flip-flops are included (but beware of theft... we had one bathrobe stolen, the second is still free, but the third you have to pay extra for). You also have shower gel/shampoo, body/face cream and hair styling products available in the changing rooms - a real plus.

The entrance was difficult to find because staffs there tell us different places to go. We managed to find it eventually but another problem was that we needed to download the app to show QR code. Best is to just to send us QR code in email, otherwise it's difficult to download outside without wifi since we are overseas travelers, we need wifi somewhere to download the app. Make sure you instruct that to ticket holders that downloading app is a must before the experience.

The Historical Complex is closed on December 25th. The opening hours of the Historical Complex may vary due to celebrations or events.
