The tickets were easy to book online and instructions on where to go/meet with the booking were good. The introductory talk was excellent, very informative and our guide had good knowledge. We would have given 5 stars but found that St Vitus Cathedral had very little information unless you purchased an audio guide. We felt that some general description on boards in Czech and English would have helped confirm what we were looking at. Similarly in St George's there were some boards but they were all in Czech. It was difficult to use a translator on a phone because of low signal, narrow space and very low lighting conditions.

My experience at Prague Castle was exceptionally pleasant. The presentation was excellently delivered, well-structured, and detailed, providing comprehensive information about the history and architecture of the complex. The guides explained everything clearly and professionally, which greatly enhanced the quality of the visit. Another highly appreciated aspect was the impeccable organization: I did not have to wait in line at all, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I took the €30 subscription, and I have to say that I was really enchanted by the visit to Prague Castle. As a fan of castles, I loved exploring every nook and cranny of this immense place steeped in history. Discovering the interior of the churches was a particular highlight: the architecture, the light, the sculpted details... everything was impressive. The whole site exudes a unique atmosphere that really gives you the impression of stepping back in time. It's an experience I'd recommend to anyone who loves historic monuments and iconic places.

The purchase of the tickets worked well, we found our contacts quickly. The historical introduction was interesting and full of data, but a bit too long for a cold December morning. The sights were organized in a very touristy way, you were channeled through everywhere and had to squeeze through narrow doors and stairs with other tourists. Nevertheless, we really wanted to see the cathedral. Unfortunately, it is difficult to worship there. You are not allowed to sit down and there is a constant stream of tourists everywhere. Nevertheless, the cathedral was the highlight.

It was an interesting way to spend the day lots of history and impressive architecture. The highlight for me was the changing of the guard but you didn't need to have a ticket for the venue to see this. Ticketing system very strange, the online application only gives a reference number which is exchanged for a paper ticket on arrival once you've found the people with the umbrellas who distribute the tickets. None of this was clear before arrival. The audio guide lost signal in parts of the cathedral, a common problem we were later told but not pre warned about.

The day begins with a tour of the château, with the guide's explanations in French. Audio guide tour. In the afternoon, we meet at the agency to confirm the visit to the clock tower. A little later, we meet our guide for the start of the tour. Explanations from the guide all the way to the clock. Audio guide visit to the clock. It was 2 good visits. And the guides were great. Special thanks to our guide for the clock, with whom we were able to talk a lot. Very nice.

Meeting point well identified and explained in the instructions Guides in all languages available to explain in a general way the buildings of the Castle and dispense useful advice which we followed with pleasure Also, the advantage of these tickets is that they can be used over 2 days to see things at a leisurely pace. The south tower is not included in the ticket. The Golden Lane certainly a noteworthy feature, while the St. Vitus Cathedral immensely beautiful

Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

Meet the representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella. It is strongly advised to enter the Prague Castle complex from the side entrance of the Pražský Hrad tram station.
