Our guide Charlie is highly commendable that I'm so grateful to him. We got lost and unable to find the meeting place. The tour started right on time at the meeting point. The tour guide was very polite and shared a lot of interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. The group got through the entrance gates and security check comparatively quickly. Our guide Charli constantly kept an eye on the small group and coordinated us well. I took the Tootbus in Paris, and it was a good experience despite the traffic. There are several buses, easy to spot by their flag colors. They go to the unforgettable attractions of Paris. It lacks air conditioning; today was an extremely hot day and without AC it was difficult. I recommend it because you can board at a specific time, for example at 2:00 PM, and it is valid for 24 hours, meaning until 2:00 PM the next day, in case you happened to take another tour in the morning. That day I did a cruise on the Seine and then went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, ending with the bus. In other words, in one day I visited the best and most unforgettable tourist spots in Paris. Despite the extreme heat of the day, it was a memorable experience. I recommend it! And starting at the Eiffel Tower, blue line.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

You can use your tickets on any day before the tour date. However, just keep in mind that they cannot be redeemed if the first day of travel has already passed.

Cruises run every 45 minutes from 10:45am to 6:30pm from Port de Suffren (Eiffel Tower), lasting 60 minutes each.

Eiffel Tower

Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

Infants under 4 require a ticket. If the infant option is unavailable during booking, please contact Headout support for assistance.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. We recommend confirming summit access upon arrival if you'd like to upgrade. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
