An extremely interesting tour with a palpable passion for art and history. Answers to all detailed questions were provided. An impressive house and architectural history. The ceiling paintings and elements with columns and gilding in Renaissance style are astonishing in their interplay. Each room has its own specific flair, message, and wow factor. The explanations were very interesting. Unfortunately, the group was too large, so I could only catch snippets of what was being said, and the images shown were too small from that distance.

Semperoper Tour

Step inside Dresden’s Semperoper as your guide leads you through marble-floored hallways, past chandeliers that cast a golden glow on hand-painted ceilings. In the grand auditorium, see plush red velvet seats facing an ornate proscenium, where operas by Wagner once premiered.
