The guide "Tudor" was great and had so much knowledge about every sight visited. Also we had a issue with the hop-on service at the hotel that we couldn't solve with the chat bot. We called the support and were able to resolve the issue within 2 minutes and were even fetched from a hotel that was not on the list but on the way. Great service!
