Excellent experience. The guide Daniela was fundamental to be able to know something more about the history because there was not on the ticket I was not told it was in English. I thank Daniela for her help and patience.

Everything went smoothly: welcome by the hostess, answers to our questions, history of the Tower, guidance through the crowds of tourists, access to security passages, details about the souvenir stores. We'll do it again! Best regards.

The tickets were delivered to the Headout app immediately after booking and you were one of the only guided tour providers to offer tickets to the Summit, while most others were offering tickets only to the 2nd floor. But what I really liked about Headout, was your responsiveness and flexibility when I messaged you that we would be late for our 9.30 am tour. You were able to immediately accommodate our party of four in your 10am tour. Also a shout out to our Tour guide Ahsan, who did a great job of explaining the history behind the Eiffel tower and expertly navigating us through the 2nd floor and up until the summit.
