The Kraków Card is very convenient for unlimited travel on public transportation and for admission to various museums. It’s very practical. The lady at the kiosk where I picked it up was very helpful and explained the terms and conditions very clearly.

The Krakow City Card for 3 days is excellent value for money. I was always kindly welcomed in Krakow museums. Schindler's factory is a must but there are a number of smaller museums in town that I loved like for instance the ghetto pharmacy and the ethnographic museum. Transport by bus and tram is efficient and nice.

Krakow-Balice Airport Transfers

Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Pram/Stroller Accessibility.

Guests are required to provide their flight details at least 24 hours before their transfer time.

For transfers to the airport, you will be picked up 2.5 hrs before your flight departure.

Restrictions

Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of luggage with a max weight of 20kg and a max size of 158cm.

The card is only valid on city buses and trams (day and night).

The last admission to the exhibition is usually 90 minutes before the closing time.
