An amazing experience from start to finish! Buying tickets online was quick and easy, and entry on-site was hassle-free thanks to the mobile ticket. The view from the top of the Kuala Lumpur Tower is breathtaking, especially at sunset when the city gradually lights up. The staff was welcoming, and the clear signage made the visit very easy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

At the entry of Superpark, it took quite a while to searc for tickets that I purchased from Headout. The ticketing staff helped me out but ask me to submit a complain. I was advised by the ticketing person during check in that he has to search in your email for QR code to scan for Entry tickets. It is not as convenient and obvious when compared to Klook. They told me of this difficult experience with many of their clients who purchase tickets from Headout. May be you can check directly with SuperPark Malaysia.

The ticket price was a great deal. The customer service at Headout was patient, helpful and friendly. They helped allay my fears of being denied entry and assured me that if all goes wrong, they would be open for a refund or reschedule. You head up to the tower’s viewing areas for a clear look at Kuala Lumpur from above. Expect a simple flow: open-air Sky Deck and Sky Terrace, then the indoor Observation Deck.

Kuala Lumpur Tower

Tickets are valid only on the entry date stated on the ticket. Entry after that date is not permitted.

Tickets may be reused on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather-related closures.

On New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025), Kuala Lumpur Tower operates from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm. All visitors must exit by 7pm.

SuperPark Malaysia

All guests must complete and acknowledge the waiver form online or on-site before entry.

Only grip socks with a rubber sole are permitted inside the park and can be purchased at the ticket counter.

Free lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Safety gear for activities can be borrowed free of charge from on-site staff.
