Last week

The slow moving platform did give us a different experience but what put us in awe was the wide selection of food. Everything was delicious! A real authentic Malaysian spread. The only downside is that we need to pre book and pre pay and there is no room for lateness at all despite coming from Melbourne for this. Not exactly an ideal place to set as a meeting point for friends from all over the worle. We had to speed through traffic and lost 50min of our 2hrs buffet time. Service was great but our request to defer time due to flight delay was not rejected flatly. I will have to consider 10 times before i decide to make this restaurant my meeting point again. Pricing was about AUD70/pax. U get a spread as awesome as SG hotels and quality as great as Melbourne restaurants.

We had a wonderful family experience at ORBIT Revolving Dining in KL Tower. The 360-degree panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur was absolutely breathtaking and made the dining experience truly memorable. The buffet selection was tasty with a good variety of dishes for both adults and children. What made our visit extra special was the birthday celebration for my wife. The staff professionally served her birthday cake and sang a birthday song, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. The crowd was also very supportive and joined in the celebration, making it even more meaningful. Excellent service, delicious food, and stunning views. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasions.

Der Buchungsprozess war sehr einfach. Die schriftliche Bestätigung kam promt und auch heute bei der Einlösung des Kombitickets funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Ich hatte die Petronas Tower's um 10.30 Uhr a.m. gebucht und es war sehr leer...sprich man hatte sehr viel Platz,Ruhe für die Besichtigung und KEIN Gedränge um die besten Fotoplätze zb. Den KL Tower habe ich dann zur Dämmerung aufgesucht. Auch kein Gedränge,aber voller als bei den Zwillingstürmen morgens. Trotzdem ist die Zeit der Dämmerung top....wenn die Sonne langsam untergeht und gleichzeitig die Lichter nach und nach angehen.

It was our 1st time being here for Hi-Tea, It was a wonderful experience despite the weather being a bit gloomy. It was raining. The staffs were really pleasant, from the Redemption Counter till the restaurant. Food was also nice, some were a bit salty, but they had variety of choices which was Good. Many choices to our Taste Buds. Will definitely come again to enjoy the view, atmosphere & the food. Higly Recommended to visit by Locals & Tourist.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which was the most impotany factor in making happy memories for visitors. The crowd size was well managed, not overcrowded. The booking process was very simple. The written confirmation arrived promptly, and everything went smoothly today when I redeemed the combo ticket. I had booked the Petronas Towers for 10:30 a.m., and it was very empty...meaning there was plenty of space, peace and quiet for the tour, and NO crowds jostling for the best photo spots, for example. I then visited the KL Tower at dusk. No crowds there either, but it was busier than at the Twin Towers in the morning. Still, dusk is the best time...when the sun slowly sets and the lights gradually come on at the same time.

The buffet was delicious! The view was breathtaking. We were able to take photos in daylight, at sunset, and after dark. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the booking on Headout. Since it was a weekday holiday, we had to pay a weekend rate. We had to pay an additional 127 MYR on site. There was an extra charge of 58 MYR for a table by the window. It was definitely worth it.
