The meeting point was exactly where the tour details said it would be. We were checked off on the list and at the appointed time we met our guide. The guide was engaging and gave us some great insights to what we were looking at. We were able to hear everything she said because of the microphone/headset system that she/we were using. Once she had completed her part of the guided tour, we were free to do our own thing. Although it was busy, it didn't feel as busy as the Uffizi Galleries which was absolutely no fun. I would recommend this tour experience.

VERY convenient and I used it to get all around the city 2 or 3 times. I left my c AR parked at one stop and then rode the bus all the way around to visit many places without the big Hassell associated with driving and reparking all over and over ! Thank you!!

I would have liked to know that the red line wasn't running. On the other hand, the staff at stop 7 at 11:00 were kind enough to inform me and let me join the group for the blue route.

It was an adventure. No idea where to get on the bus. Website useless. I called the phone number " our office is closed on Sunday". I am glad I didn't throw my phone on the pavement and stomp on it a dozen times. Once we were able to figure out a jump on location, the bus was clean, staff professional and we got to see Florence better than I thought possible. Make finding jump on spots easier to find, you have a great bus

This combo is definitely worth to buy. The Florence Cathedral Express Guided Tour was relatively short, but very interesting and informative. The Florence Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was absolutely wonderful, we saw the most notable spots of Florence. The other southern bank of the Arno river was really impressive. It has a panoramic view on the Florence. Besides it was nice to see the places where famous Russians Tchaikovsky and Dostoevsky lived. Oct 21, 2026
