We enjoyed visiting the Uffizi Gallery, but honestly the Headout experience didn’t add much. We could have simply bought the official ticket online ourselves. Nobody accompanied us inside and entry was only by time slots – other visitors just showed their QR code and walked in. There was no real priority access. We feel we could have saved money without losing any time.

The online ticketing for Ufizzi on their own site has the drawback that you still have to queue up to validate the tickets. This app bypasses that step but you still join the main queue for your time slot, so it doesn't really save much time especially as they ask you to come 15 minutes early.

Agent visibility is not clear. One message told me to look for an agent in a blue t-shirt with the logo. The fear of being ripped off crossed my mind. As for the organization of the museum... In any case, we're not there at the scheduled time.
