I wish there was option to write about why I rated as average instead of just clicking options. Everything was great. But I didn't like fact that I had to download app to access tickets. Why could they just be attached to email? I will never use app again and deleted it after the visit. It was waste of my time and data.

First I want to thank Headout, I didn't know the site and I had my doubts, I have traveled to different places in Europe and the activities I booked with them were great. The walking tour was great, We visited iconic places where scenes from the Harry Potter movies were filmed, It is the first time I travel to London, so the tour helped me to get to know the city a little bit, The best of all was that the tour was given to us in our language (Spanish), The guide, an Italian girl who speaks Spanish perfectly, Donatela, thank you very much for all your attentions and your advice about the area, Best regards

The Tower of London is very interesting and the Crown Jewels 🤩! Talking about the tickets we understood we had to "convert" them in "paper" so I went to the ticket box and waited a few minutes to discover I didn't need to do this...it was not clear in the mail 🤓

I have arthritis in my ankles which makes it difficult to walk, even on the smoothest of walkways. Walking on the cobblestone surfaces was extremely difficult for me. This was obviously not the fault of the tower. I should have thought about this more and maybe not have done this tour but I did want to see the Tower and the Crown Jewels. There is nothing that could have been done to make this experience any better for me. I was traveling with my wife and two daughters and they enjoyed the entire experience.
