Booking was easy and included an audio tour which could be downloaded prior to arrival on the app. Uffizi gallery was amazing, there is so much to see you will need a few hours there. The audio tour was a little disappointing as could not sync it to the rooms we visited, and there were many which could be visited in different orders. The audio by the gallery had numbered references to easily select the appropriate guidance for the pictures being viewed. I would recommend using the gallery's audio tour rather than relying on the app.

Great all day ticket to explore Duomo experience. Well worth the money. Meeting guide should have had 'enjoy Rome' sign on flag she had a bag with it in which wasn't visible on her but location was easy to find. Also if you book audio tour you should mention on booking to take your own headset so you are not annoying other tourists when playing on app. Could provide more information on sights too it was a bit basic.

We didn't get our audio guide, and couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone. But it worked out.

We could not enter the bell tower because it was under repair and that was not announced when we bought the ticket. The same with the baptistery. The mosaics are under restoration and you can see almost nothing. If I had known, I would have only bought the ticket for the dome.
