At the entry of Superpark, it took quite a while to searc for tickets that I purchased from Headout. The ticketing staff helped me out but ask me to submit a complain. I was advised by the ticketing person during check in that he has to search in your email for QR code to scan for Entry tickets. It is not as convenient and obvious when compared to Klook. They told me of this difficult experience with many of their clients who purchase tickets from Headout. May be you can check directly with SuperPark Malaysia.

The ticket price was a great deal. The customer service at Headout was patient, helpful and friendly. They helped allay my fears of being denied entry and assured me that if all goes wrong, they would be open for a refund or reschedule. My children had fun at Superpark Malaysia and it was totally worth it.
