It is a magical place where children especially and us with our childish side enjoy. The staff is super friendly. Everything is oriented to make it unique. Super clean bathrooms too and that is very commendable considering the flow of people entering the park.

the bus was clean and comfortable, the journey was pleasant. It's a shame that the travel time was not respected due to a lot of traffic, almost half an hour longer than expected. In my opinion this should be better specified on the booking site

Nice clean busses. The driver was kind and drove the bus well. It would be nice if the busses followed a schedule, so the customers know exactly what time they must arrive, to reach the airport in time.

We faced some issue at the entrance. The lady staff won't allow us to go inside. We showed our tickets to her but she insisted she needs a original copy as we booked them at headout. It was embarassing that she won't allow us. Luckily, at the other line the lady allow us to get inside without any question. It's a common sense if we cannot scan our tickets meaning it's invalid! But being so arrogant is not acceptable. It was our dream trip to Paris and Disneyland is one to our itinerary.
