Corey was great, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. Down to earth and easy to talk to. Tony was also great. Friendly, helpful and patient with wheelchair as it was extremely busy. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and provided great service. Tour was informative and learned a lot about Tasmania in a short time. It was extremely busy due to cruise ship docking so availability of buses was limited and therefore had to wait for the next bus as it was full.

There was good amoumt of knowledge given to us by the driver, but he advised the audio was many years out of date, would be ideal to have that updated.
