The service is great and the team are courteous and delightful; however, there is too much time wasted waiting for buses. The frequency of buses could be improved, so there is less wait time.

Nice bus tour but very limited commentary. Would have loved to hear more about the history and present of the city. Most of the time had to just listen to the classical music recording.

We didn't have the services includded in the ticket. When we bought the tickets, thare was a bottle of water includded and when we demande they said there it wasn't includded and we should buy. We follow the bus with the application and the time indicated it wasn't correct, so we lost the bus to continue the visit and we waited a long time to have the right bus again. We were 5 and anybody liked the experience.
