No line - great price unlike much higher price for timed entrance to Duomo only to have wait one hour in line. The church is beautiful. Spent much more time there than in Duomo- much more interesting .

That was a lovely tour of Florence, with plenty of information about what there is to see along the way. The tour guides on the buses were very friendly and helped out whenever needed.

My booking was perfect. I was allowed in early and welcomed without question. I also managed to acquire an audio guide which was not available on line. I loved the visit- very special.

Easy access to the Basilica: there aren't many people around at this time of year (early April). A beautiful and impressive monument not to be missed! You can also enjoy spending some time in the vast, typically Italian square that stretches out in front of the Basilica or in one of the bars and restaurants lining it...

Patricia was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was prompt and we got through the line in about 15 minutes, which is really remarkable as it was quite crowded. She was very informative and I learned a lot and really enjoyed our tour.

I'm certain this is a nice tour and a good way to get around Florence, but we could not find a readable online map to figure out where the stops to get on were. On street level, minimal signage for the stops esp in the Uzzo area. We walked in circles in Florence, very frustrating. Once we got on, sitting on the lower seats, the views were not great. Could not understand the audio guide
