I bought three tickets on the HeadOut website to visit the Alhambra. Our appointment was at 1:00 p.m., but we arrived late—40 minutes late. The hostess expedited our entry before our tickets expired. We were made to feel very welcome. The HeadOut app is very intuitive. The tickets are digital and easy to access. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

It's a great way to get around the city, and it's very practical. It would be nice if they included a set of headphones with the ticket so you could listen to the audio tour—you can buy them for 2 euros.

It's a great way to explore the city in the summer. The city isn't small, and you can at least get a sense of the historic district and then go back to the places you liked best—that's what I did, and I was enchanted by the city.

There was no line, so we didn't need the skip-the-line pass, but the price was cheaper than buying it on the official website, even though we didn't have a guide and explored on our own.
