Very convenient for getting around the city; having the ticket in advance is much more convenient and faster. I bought it a day before, and as soon as we arrived, we got on the minibus. After the panoramic tour, we got off at every stop to visit the sights.

It gave a superb overview of Granada. Take the whoel circuit and then decide what you want to see. Take some earphones to listen to the audio that helps with some interesting info.

I bought three tickets on the HeadOut website to visit the Alhambra. Our appointment was at 1:00 p.m., but we arrived late—40 minutes late. The hostess expedited our entry before our tickets expired. We were made to feel very welcome. The HeadOut app is very intuitive. The tickets are digital and easy to access. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

It's a great way to get around the city, and it's very practical. It would be nice if they included a set of headphones with the ticket so you could listen to the audio tour—you can buy them for 2 euros.

The stops where the little train stops weren't clearly marked on site, and on top of that, it was always packed... not enough seating available!
