Overall it was a good theme park for the indoor but i was expecting more rides tha can be used however, some of the rides are closed but didnt mention whether it is becauseof under maintainance or other issues. For me indoor theme park is more to kids as most of the rodes designed for them

Splendid. We had fun journey at Genting Theme Parks indoor and outdoor and saves money too. Online ticket buying really helps especially in school holidays and festive season's time.

We having trouble to check in at the Awana SkyWay. It's mentioned that access was denied. Even the officer at the ticketing counter can't help us. Managed to call headout teams and the PIC assist us at his very best. Eventually, it's not because of error from headout, turn out it's an issue from the Awana SkyWay team. Overall, I'm satisfied with help from the headouts team. Thank you.

The ticketing process is super fast. Buy online and just in a couple of minutes, recieved the booking and the ticket. I would recommend it to others and surely i will be using the same service again for my next buy.

We went there at 8 pm so it was dark. The observatory was not very crowded. We could see the Petronas and the new rollers building from an unique perspective. The tower walk is done at a much lower altitude. It is a rather wide platform ( 50 cm wide or may be more) so you can walk without problem. There is a low acrílico fence that generate the idea of danger . However you have harnesses and you are attached to a guide all the time so is safe. The walk upgrades the experience, specially if you have kids of teens in your party.

This is a must watch if you are in KL. Oh my God what a view. Don't miss the sky box. It was totally worth. Visit during sundowns
