The staff at Ken's Tours were all very polite and clear about when the tour would start and where we should wait. Our guide, Vanessa, was excellent-- she provided background and interesting information about the canyon and was diligent about pointing out good photo opportunities. She also voluntarily took photos of many of the participants.

The natural canyon spoke for itself. Our guide Alysa. She was so amazing. So above and beyond. Made sure my physically challenged wife was OK and she shared so much history and perspective and really was awesome at handling a group speaking various languages and wanting to do their experience. So grateful to have had her as a guide.

Ethel was an amazing guide. She helped us see the imaginary images in the rock formations, story told/explained how the canyon was formed with some water and a pile of sand, and took some impressive group pictures for us. We had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering this tour.
