Departures: 10:50am & 4:45pm from Shibuya Station (Shibuya Fukuras) Platform 9

Frequency: Twice a day from Wednesday to Sunday & public holidays

What to Bring

Drinks with lids, such as plastic bottles and water bottles, are allowed.

Small pets in carriers are allowed on-board, provided they don’t occupy another seat.

There is no roof on the second floor. Wear a jacket, scarf or shades to protect yourself from the strong winds/heat/chill.

What’s not allowed

Please refrain from using umbrellas (including parasols). In case of rain, free gear will be provided upon request.

Please avoid sticking your hands outside the vehicle or using selfie sticks attached to smartphones or other devices to take pictures.

Accessibility

Access to the digital walking guide will only be provided to passengers who are on-board.

There will be stairs to climb when boarding and disembarking. If you will need additional assistance, please plan accordingly.

There is no storage space for wheelchairs or strollers on the bus. Please use the luggage storage service (fees apply) at the Shibuya-san Tourist Information Center before boarding.

Infants accompanying a customer aged 6 or older can travel for free.

Additional Information

This experience is only available from Wednesday to Sunday, and on public holidays.

The service may be delayed or suspended due to bad weather or traffic conditions.

There will be no drop-offs along the way. This is a non-stop tour.

Bus seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All seats on the train are non-smoking.

There are no toilets on-board.

All passengers are required by law to wear seat belts when the bus is moving.

Please arrive at the boarding point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
