Such a great day to experience Krakow. We did the whole route then decided where we want to get off. Love the boat ride which was included in the ticket price. Bus stop locations are easy to locate you go by street name and the property number given. Definitely recommend

Whenever we visit a new city we always look for a hop on hop off bus - its always the best way to see a city highlights and this one was just that. Much cheaper and more comfortable than the many golf buggies which are everywhere and cost a fortune by comparison.

It was a comfortable and clean bus, with friendly and helpful staff. The commentary was interesting, although at times it was slightly out of sync with where we were on the journey. Overall, good value and a nice way of seeing new parts of Krakow.

I liked having a big over view and general history of the city, however, I would've much preferred to have a live guide who told the history and stories in real time rather than listen to a standard audio recording.

Certainly not the signage . The hop on hop bus in Krakow is like no where else in the world!!! The pick up points are just normal bus stops around the city with now WOW branding on them, which if you are not local are incredably difficult to find. The map showing the stops needs to be more detailed. Luckily we found a stop at the 2nd tine of trying otherwise we would bave missed out on using our ticket. As we nearly gave up trying!!!!

You saw all the important places, but the driver drove so fast that the audio tracks were skipped and you didn't get all the information about the respective sights, as there was an announcement about the stop and then the audio track for the sight was no longer played. In some places, entire sections were skipped.

The staff are pleasant and the explanations clear enough. The only drawback is that the meeting points are not very well indicated (no signs).
