Tickets are valid for unlimited hop-on hop-off travel for one day; the full circuit takes approximately 50 minutes.

Trams operate daily from 8:30am to 6pm, with the last tram departing stop 1 at 5:50pm.

There is no minimum age, but children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. One adult may supervise up to five children or infants aged 15 years and under.

Child age is 5–15 years; infants under 5 ride free. Family tickets cover 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Parking is available along the tram route, and the nearest bus stops are a short walk from several tram stops.
