We were there at the 2pm christo experience on 4/8/25. There was a 2.5 hour delay between that time and when we actually went up due to an issue with the elevator. We were told we had to either wait or refund our tickets. They would not honor the same ticket for a different time. This was frustrating because we had already had to refund the tickets 2 days previously due to the rain. Would be better if you could honor existing tickets. The view was gorgeous but the process was not pleasant.Emma
