Very good and works super well! We were 6 friends and it worked great! The place is wonderful and the views are amazing. In winter it's cold up there is a lot of windchill. Bring a coat.

When we arrived we were clearly directed to a shorter queue as we'd bought tickets online. After a short wait we boarded the train up the scenic route. Coming back we had the option to stand on the next train or wait 30 minutes for a seat on the following train. We chose to stand as was a scenic journey back down anyway. Very well organised

Getting there: The Corcovado Train departs from Cosme Velho Station, located about 30 minutes by car from central Rio areas such as Copacabana, Ipanema, and Flamengo.

Avoid driving your own car since there is no parking nearby. Use a taxi, Uber, or public bus to reach the station.

The selected time slot is for the train going up to the Statue, the exact departure time will be confirmed on your boarding pass. Arrive at the station at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for a smooth boarding experience.
