What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking to get your tickets verified.

• Bring water, sun protection (such as a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses), and comfortable walking shoes.

• Carry your own snacks, as food and drinks are not included.

• Make sure to carry adequate cash in the local currency to purchase souvenirs, food, or drinks.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the archaeological site for security reasons.

• Pets and service animals are not allowed on this experience.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• Local taxes must be paid on-site via credit card. The tax is approximately $42. Mexican citizens with a valid ID receive a discount.

• Mexican citizens, children, students, and teachers (residents of Mexico) will receive a discount upon presenting their official ID.

• Tours are only available starting at 8:30am and 10:30am. Plan your visit accordingly.

• Large groups will be split into smaller groups of up to 15 people for a better experience.

• Your guide is bilingual and will speak in both Spanish & English during the tour.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
