    Very impressive festival area and show, it is one of must see in Phuket. A few comments, dinner is cold and not tasty for europeans, better to take w-o dinner. Moreover a bit overexpensive we paid 70 usd per person and all attractions are for extra money.

    Organisation was smooth easy and quick, when we arrived we got up to the top floor within the space of 10 minutes. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Within our package we also got 200 baht per person to use in the restaurants opposite. The restaurants had a big variety of options and we loved it!

    I love the experience my children as well . I bring my children & sister here to celebrate our holiday & they had an amazing experience with white orchid river cruise.Actually it's one of our best experiences beyond my expectations.I love the service , the crew , the taste of the food are 10 out of 10. The singers are great as well we are entertained and they are are fun .

    Viewing the city by water is a fun and unique way to enjoy the sights. And having a nice buffet dinner is an added bonus. I was on the sunset cruise and enjoyed the sunset towards the end of the cruise.

The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. Tickets were confirmed instantly, instructions were clear, and entry at the venue was effortless. The Carnival Magic Christmas celebration was truly spectacular. From the moment we entered, the festive atmosphere, stunning lights, and larger-than-life decorations made it feel like stepping into a fairytale Christmas village. Every corner was beautifully themed with incredible attention to detail. The parade was breathtaking, with vibrant costumes, dazzling performances, and an infectious festive energy that captivated both adults and children. The blend of Christmas elements with Thai cultural grandeur made the experience unique and unforgettable. A special mention to the buffet food — it was amazing! The spread was extensive, delicious, and very well organized even during the busy Christmas rush. There were plenty of options to suit all tastes, and the quality exceeded expectations for a theme-park buffet. We were traveling with a baby, and the venue was stroller-friendly, family-oriented, and extremely well managed, making the evening comfortable and stress-free.
