What's not allowed

Loose articles on rides: Items such as phones, hats, cameras, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, beverage containers, and other loose belongings are prohibited on most rides unless properly secured.

Unauthorized resale: Tickets are not for resale and are not valid with other discount offers.

Outside food and beverages: With the exception of plastic bottled water, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. Picnic baskets and coolers are permitted at the pavilion outside Wonderland near the Main Entrance.

Unsecured items: Bulky clothing, backpacks, and other items that could interfere with ride restraints are not permitted on rides.

Haunted Maze assumption: Haunted Mazes are not included with Halloween Haunt admission and require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass.

Accessibility

Ride requirements: Individual attractions have their own safety and accessibility requirements and may not accommodate every guest.

Guest Services: Guests requiring accessibility assistance should visit Guest Services upon arrival for information about available accommodations and attraction requirements.
