COVID Safety Measures

• Entry through the Mausoleum will be spaced with smaller groups and appropriate social distancing

• Ghost Trains will be sanitized between each guest

• Guests will be taken directly to their tables at the beginning of the night after entering through the Mausoleum and Ghost Train, bypassing the cocktail bar

• VIP finger food and champagne on arrival will occur at your table, not in the cocktail bar

• Increased cleaning schedule, including regular cleaning of high traffic areas throughout each performance

• We’ve gone cashless. Only card payments will be accepted, and contactless payments are preferred

• A mobile ordering system has been implemented, so you can order and pay directly from your own device

• Tables have been adjusted to ensure the appropriate distance between groups. Our venue capacity has also been dramatically reduced to meet QLD Health requirements

• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the venue

• Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly. Antibacterial soap is provided in all washrooms

• Please maintain appropriate social distancing at all times

• If you are displaying any COVID19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath) you must not enter the premises

• Cabaret Seating: 7:30 PM onwards

• VIP Seating: 7:00 PM onwards

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the entrance of the attraction

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid delays
