• Age requirement: The show is strictly for guests aged 18 and above and is not suitable for children or families.

• Show timings: 89 Show operates daily from 6pm to 10:30pm, with last entry at 9:30pm.

• Pickup: The supplier will confirm your hotel pickup time one day before the service. Shared pickup is available from North Pattaya, Naklua, Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, and Pratumnak Hill.

• Ticket validity: The ticket is valid only on the selected date and must be used together with the provided transfer service.

• Ticket collection: Show your mobile ticket and confirmation code to the driver. The driver will verify the code and collect your show admission ticket at the counter.

• Seating: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Transfer requirement: This ticket cannot be used for show admission only. You must use it together with the transfer service.

• Missed transfer: If you do not arrive at the designated meeting point on time or do not travel back to your hotel using the provided transfer, the ticket is non-refundable.

• Ticket charges: Inform the driver that you already have a ticket to avoid being charged again. If you are treated as a walk-in customer, you may need to purchase a ticket at the full walk-in rate of THB 1,500.

• Counter access: Contact the driver before arriving at the counter. Otherwise, the merchant may reject the booking and the voucher cannot be used.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
