The Bruny Island 3 hour cruise had been talked up a lot by those I spoke to about it so expectations were high! I have to say it still managed to exceed them. The tour driver/guide was friendly, professional and funny - a hard trick to pull off well. And very knowledgeable abou the wildlife he showed us - dolphins, albatross, seals mong the favourites. The standout for me were the albatross, which I had never seen before. $180 AUD per person may seem a lot for a three hour trip, but by the time we got back to the dock it was clear it was worth every cent!

The attitude of staff they were very attentive (to all that got sick...) but it is not nice to see people puking around you. The nature and wildlife were awesome and we were lucky as well. I think the trip descriptions did not describe correctly that this is a small boat (compared to the waves) and since long distance has to be covered needs to go fast with all the consequences. The ginger pills are natural but not effective for a non-seafarer tourist.

The cruise was amazing, great tour guides and skipper Gino and Sam! Excellent that they gave us travel calm tablets before the boat ride as it was very choppy but they ensured everyone was safe, having a good time and got a great view of each place we stopped on the coastline. We also got to see the flying penguins, albatross and seals in the wild which was just incredible. I would highly recommend to family and friends visiting Bruny Island!!

The Bruny Wilderness tour was absolutely fantastic- we loved the adventure to the Southern Ocean. It was a thrilling and exciting experience but we always felt safe in the extremely capable hands of the skipper and deckhand whose knowledge of the area and wildlife was impressive. Seeing the bird life and fur seals in this pristine environment was a privilege. Definitely a bucket list item !! Thank you.
