Cunard Building Main Entrance
Located at the front of the Cunard Building on Water Street, directly facing the Pier Head waterfront and the famous Liver Building. This is the sole public entrance for the British Music Experience. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free access, automatic doors, and accessible ticket counters. Look for the British Music Experience signage and banners as you approach from the waterfront or Water Street. Assistance is available for visitors with additional needs.
Small lockers are available for storing personal items and small bags. Please note that space is limited and large items cannot be accommodated.
A free audio guide is available via the Smartify app on your smartphone. No separate audio devices are provided.
The on-site gift shop offers a wide range of music-themed souvenirs, band merchandise, books, and more.
The Star Café & Bar serves drinks, snacks, and light meals. Open to both ticket holders and the public until 4:30pm.
Toilets are located on the ground floor, including accessible facilities.
First aid assistance is available on-site. Please ask a staff member if you require help.
The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free access throughout and accessible toilets.
