The direct access, without a single second of queue, while the regular queue was several tens of meters long, the person at the door knew perfectly how to give us access with Headout, and the audio guide made us enjoy a tour as if we were with a physical guide. The experience was not only great, but also allowed us enough time to visit the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's on the same day. Otherwise, we would not have had time for everything.

your ticket system actually worked properly, unlike WALKER TOURS, and Viator , really dissapointing dealing with these idiot companies........why so difficult to issue a ticket for these others? embarrassing for rome and frustrating for int tourists..........walker tours took my money and my booking 4 weeks in advance and gave me two hours notice that they cancelled my sistine ticket WTF???? hopeless 5 stars for headout

Admission worked well with the ticket. The digital audio guide did not work. There is a stand in the Pantheon which provides information about the Pantheon in the desired language for €2. That was great for us.

Nothing was in the order of the visits. Not easy to use. First you had to find the painting or sculpture. Then find it on the audio guide.

The entrance to the Pantheon and the visit was great but they should warn that the audio guide is not free, you have to pay the application.
