It was an excellent experience, from the moment you arrive by car and park in the VIP lot, to the warm welcome, the breakfast, Janson’s attentive service throughout the tour, and especially because my friend was unable to walk and they helped us with a wheelchair. Lunch was delicious, and we managed to see the entire park in no time. I highly recommend it—the experience was spectacular.

We were definitely treated like VIP, from quick VIP lines , we were taken to a private area where we were greeted with a beautiful spread for breakfast , introduced to our tour guide DANIEL who was amazing BTW . He was very informative , friendly , professional and madethis experience all the merrier. We explored many different parts of Universal before having a buffet lunch at Moulin Rouge thats was 10/10 also. We explored on our own after our tour was done and brought many souvenirs and went on all the rides was the best experience ever. Would definitely reccommend VIP Experience.
