We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Headout at Universal Studios Hollywood! With the express pass we passed quickly to all the attractions, it was a very nice experience. All the activities were great, we had a lot of fun. The only thing we didn't like was the customer service at the studio tour attraction, the staff was very unfriendly. Otherwise it was spectacular. We are people who speak Spanish and the same people who speak Spanish did not want to serve us in our language or simply served us in a bad way. We didn't find it curious and other people who didn't speak the language made an effort to speak it and help us in the best way. That's all I hope this helps improve customer service.
