• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Keep in mind smoking, throwing objects, hitting the glass of the enclosures, feeding animals, bicycles, balloons, skateboards, balls, roller skates, photography, and recordings for commercial purposes, entering the park without a shirt, drinks, and food except for food for babies, children, and guests with food intolerances are not allowed on this experience.

• Re-entry into the park is not allowed.

• Children under 16 years must always be accompanied by an adult.

• The park does not have its own parking. However, guests can avail the Alfil car park next to the park’s entrance, which offers exclusive discounts for the park customers.

• It is recommended to check the activity schedules as the park schedule may be subject to modification without prior notice.

Selwo Marina

• The following activities will not be operational: 'Meet the...' didactic talks about the species, some areas of the park; access to Saimiri Forest walk-through, the VIP Visit, and the children's playground.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
