What’s not allowed

Ticket use: Do not share your passport, as tickets are nominative, personal, and non-transferable.

Pets: Unfortunately, your pets cannot accompany you at the park.

Free wheelchair loans: Guests with limited mobility can rent a wheelchair for free and must have one person accompanying them. This must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Child policy: Children up to 1 year and 11 months enter free, and children 2 years and older pay the standard amount.

Ticket validity: Your ticket is valid only for the selected date.

Name requirement: Passports are nominative and must match the document used for purchase.

Attraction changes: The park may change attraction schedules or availability for safety, weather, or force majeure.

Ride rules: Each ride has specific safety and health requirements, so check them before queuing.

Operating hours: The park is open every day from 10am to 8pm. However, you can access the rides and attractions from 10am until 6pm.

Seasonal closures: Between August 1 and December 15, the park will only remain open from Thursday to Monday.
