GroupVerified bookingJun 20265/5The Bernina Express is a wonderful experience, full of surprises and breathtaking scenery. The train staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions. I had an issue with one of our group’s tickets—it wouldn’t open in the offline app. Since I had no internet access, the conductor shared her 4G connection so I could display the ticket and immediately took screenshots of the tickets for future inspections. During our trip, we were able to take lots of photos thanks to the windows that can be lowered, and we also got off at several stations to savor the moment before hopping on the next train without any issues. Thank youDDora C
CoupleVerified booking6 days ago5/5We arrived in Tirano at night—it’s a beautiful town. The next day, we took the Bernina Regional train at exactly 8:49 a.m. They’re very punctual. I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early, since they let you board early and give you a chance to choose your seat. The fact that you can roll down the windows in the summer is wonderful, not just for the photos but also because of the amazing weather. It’s perfect. All the Bernina staff are extremely courteous and always willing to help. Most of them speak English. It’s an experience you have to try.RRonilson H

CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The whole experience was incredible. The Red Bernina Pass also covers all public transportation in Switzerland for the day... an incredible journey through the Alps. Stunning scenery... every photo is picture-perfect. The pass is valid for the high-speed train from Chur to Zurich... and there, all the trams, buses, and ferries. AmazingKKevin C
CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5Really enjoyed the journey with spectacular scenery. Booking as easy but not sure why you have to wait until 24 hours before journey for tickets to be released.
