It has been a wonderful experience. The landscapes, the route, the train itself, the people and the place fulfilled the expectations of this trip. Getting everything in advance was a great help for everything to go smoothly. The only thing is that the return to Tirado is that the time of the trip (16:14) and the season when it gets dark earlier (autumn). It does not help to enjoy the trip on the scenic train because at night the scenery is nil and not much.can be seen. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

It has been an incredible experience, a dream come true, we had an almost empty carriage that we could move from one side to the other enjoying the views as little girls that being already in Madrid gives me goose bumps to remember it is very exciting. The experience was incredible and I'm glad I took the carriage with the windows down.

Please note: these are not Bernina Express tickets. They are simply regional train tickets. I therefore advise you to buy your tickets via the Swiss train platform, whose tickets will probably cost less. We took a one-way ticket from Tirano to Chur, which allowed us to get off at any station and take the next train. For the return journey, we had no choice but to take 3 specific trains, with no possible stops. The experience is very nice, but make a comparison with the SBB site, as the Headout advert is rather misleading.

No words to explain the experience u get travelling on the Bernina! Certainly lives up to the hype of traversing through the alps on the iconic train! Gives u the opportunity to get down and play in the snow or indulge in winter sports!! Tickets to travel on the bernina get exhausted very fast if u don't book it in advance!! While the parent website and many other sites did not show availability, I was able to secure tickets for my family through Headout!! Many many thanks for this and made the trip wholly memorable!!

The panoramic tour is beautiful and worth it. But, the logistics of the Regional and Express trains were terrible. On the way there we waited 1 hour to board the train, when you already had a ticket bought at a specific time. On the way back from St. Mortiz we waited two hours in the middle of the street with elderly people and children. We had to go by bus to Tirano and the Tiramo train was the last one. Very little organization. We were never asked for our rail pass.

100% worth it. In my opinion, my family and I enjoyed this train more than the Bernina Express. The ability to roll the windows down was an extreme game changer. Better pictures, videos, and able to stick your head out to feel the real Alpine air was amazing. The views on this route were second to none and all the train attendants were extremely nice. Would recommend this train to anyone who's looking for a once in a lifetime experience.

The train experience itself was excellent, but boarding in Tirano was awful. It was very poorly organized, with everyone packed together and pushing, people feeling unwell, and station staff being very rude. They crowded people at the door instead of allowing them onto the platform. It was a horrible situation that could easily result in people getting injured. I do not recommend it at all.
