    What’s not allowed

    • Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium or museum.

    • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the premises.

    • Flash photography is prohibited at the stadium, and especially at the museum. You're only allowed to click pictures for personal use.

    • Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

    • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, drinking, and any form of drugs, is strictly prohibited within the stadium and museum.

    • Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

    Accessibility

    • The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

    • Elevators at the stadium ensure accessibility across all levels.

    • The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

    Additional information

    • You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Check the schedule before booking your tickets.

    • On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.

    • All tickets include a complimentary souvenir scarf.

    • If you have reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.

    • The guide accompanying you on the tour of the stadium will speak both Portuguese and English.
