    Unfortunately, we had engine trouble and had to turn back without seeing the caves. Luckily, we DID get to see the dolphins and it was amazing! They let us go out on the catamaran on a later slot, and at least we were able to finish the tour and see the caves! It wasn't the agency's fault, these things happen. And they gave us more options!

    The guided tour was talking mostly in Portuguese language and not in complete English that is why hard to understand. Furthermore, trip mentioned dolphins, however, there is not even one. If the dolphinss are not confirm if it will come out or not, then it should not be mentioned on the first statement when promoting or selling tickets. It looks misleading statement.
