Very well explained how to redeem the tickets. Easy to enter the museum. The only negative thing buying the tickets was that they don't offer tickets for kids, my son is 13 and I only had the option to buy adult price when in the oficial website I paid only 4€. The rest all good.

Headout: Present your e-ticket at the museum ticket office to receive your physical ticket immediately. Virtually no wait. A magnificent museum where it’s easy to view the artworks. An easy-to-read PDF guide in English with a very handy map. Visit in April 2026.

Last week
Patricia was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was prompt and we got through the line in about 15 minutes, which is really remarkable as it was quite crowded. She was very informative and I learned a lot and really enjoyed our tour.

Everything went smoothly. We just had to wait until the scheduled time. We didn't have to wait long. The museum has some wonderful paintings and sculptures by great artists. It's a very large museum, so you need to set aside plenty of time for it.

We found the person in charge of our group to help us get in, after asking two other guides where to find him in the crowd in front of the Galleria dell'Accademia. The entry process went fairly quickly. Note that our entry time had been pushed back from 9:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (a delay announced the day before by email) and actually took place around 9:45 a.m. Entry to the Uffizi went very smoothly.

We couldn't figure out the cues for each of the audio guide. Nothing was labeled for when to play for each area. We started searching for the actual art pieces and matching up the photo to the audio. It was a tough trip through a crowded area. Did enjoy the artwork!

  • Cover three of Florence's Renaissance-era landmarks at your own pace, with priority entry secured at each.

    Getting started

On each day of your visit, go directly to the entrance of your booked site at your reserved time slot. Show your voucher at the priority-entry line. Security checks apply at each of the three venues, and bag size limits vary by site.

    Uffizi Gallery

    What to expect

Enter at your timed slot and move into the second-floor galleries of the Renaissance collection. The permanent collection route runs across two floors, with Botticelli, da Vinci, and Caravaggio on the upper level and the European masters below. No fixed pace, no group to keep up with.

    Features

    • Full permanent collection access across both floors of the Uffizi.

    • Independent pacing, so you can linger at the works that interest you.

    • Panoramic terrace on the second floor with views over the Arno.

    Accademia Gallery

    What to expect

Priority entry lets you walk past the ticket queue straight into the gallery. The route leads through the Gallery of the Prisoners — Michelangelo's four unfinished figures — and into the Tribuna del David at the far end, where the statue stands in its purpose-built rotunda.

    Features

    • Michelangelo's David in its custom-designed tribune.

    • The Prisoners, four unfinished Michelangelo sculptures in the approach gallery.

    • The Museum of Musical Instruments, including the oldest known piano.

    Santa Croce

    What to expect

Enter through Largo Bargellini on the left side of the basilica at your reserved time. The ticket covers the basilica nave, the cloisters, the Pazzi Chapel by Brunelleschi, and the Museo dell'Opera. Plan around 90 minutes to see all four without rushing.

    Features

    • The tombs of Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli, and Dante's cenotaph in the basilica.

    • Giotto's frescoes in the Bardi and Peruzzi chapels.

    • Brunelleschi's Pazzi Chapel in the first cloister.

  • What to bring

    • Valid ID

    What’s not allowed

    • Large bags are not allowed inside these venues

    • As an active place of worship, silence is required during Mass in the Basilica and in designated areas.
