Largo Bargellini Entrance (Main Visitor Entrance)
This is the official entrance for all ticketed visitors, located on the north flank of the basilica at Largo Bargellini. Look for the Opera di Santa Croce ticket office and entry gate. Please note: access is via several steps, and there are no elevators or ramps, so wheelchair access is unfortunately limited. Staff are available to assist with entry and ticket checks. This entrance is also used for guided tours and audio guide rentals.
Audio guides are available for rent at the entrance in multiple languages for a small fee.
A souvenir and gift shop is located at the exit, offering guidebooks and Florentine leather goods.
Toilets are available for visitors within the basilica complex.
The basilica has limited wheelchair accessibility. Entry is via steps at the main entrance; there are no elevators inside. Some areas, such as chapels and cloisters, may not be fully accessible.
