During booking, the time slot you select is for your timed entrance to visit La Moreneta. All other parts of your visit can be done at your own pace.

The majority of the Monastery complex is accessible to guests with disabilities but wheelchair users won’t be able to get right up to the Black Madonna.

There’s also a restaurant on site (not included in the price).
Restrictions
- From Monday to Friday between 12:15pm and 1:15pm, access to the Basilica will only be allowed to people with a reservation for the Boys' Choir (Escolania).
