Important Information

During booking, the time slot you select is for your timed entrance to visit La Moreneta. All other parts of your visit can be done at your own pace.
The majority of the Monastery complex is accessible to guests with disabilities but wheelchair users won’t be able to get right up to the Black Madonna.
There’s also a restaurant on site (not included in the price).

Restrictions

From Monday to Friday between 12:15pm and 1:15pm, access to the Basilica will only be allowed to people with a reservation for the Boys' Choir (Escolania).

The area is fantastic, the monastery is located in a beautiful landscape. Unfortunately, it was not at all recognizable where we had direct access with our tickets or how the course of the tour should / can be done Also was not at all recognizable where we could have downloaded the booked audio guide. The staff on site was unfortunately not helpful.

Me parece una estafa. Tenían que decir que las personas que se alojan an el recinto no pagan nada. Y luego también hacen ver que pertenecen a booking.com y no lo son. Quisiera que me devolvieran mi dinero... Gracias
